We partnered up with Australia Post/StarTrack to have your items delivered to your homes safely.
Delivery will be made within the advised timeframe. In some instances, deliveries may be impacted and slightly delayed due to various logistical reasons.
Couriers try their very best to deliver to businesses by 5pm, however, this is not guaranteed. Deliveries to residential areas may occur after 6pm.

If the recipient is not home, our courier partner's driver will leave your the order outside the house where they deem safe.
If there is no safe place to leave the items, they will be taken back to base and redelivered the following business day.
