CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
ETA is not available. Instructions to track your order can be found in your order confirmation email that's automatically sent once the order has been placed.
DELIVERY TO SCHOOLS
While we do deliver to schools, we recommend that you send to a residential or business address to ensure your recipient receives their order.
As most schools end the day at 3pm, delivery to a home address will reach your recipient on the day.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We partnered up with StarTrack to have your items delivered to your homes safely.
Your delivery will be left at your front door or gate if no one is there to receive the items. We take no responsibility for damage or theft if left in a deemed safe spot.
In case the address provided is incorrect, inaccessible at the time of delivery, or our courier partner determines that there is no safe spot for them to leave your item, redelivery will be attempted the next business day at an additional cost.
An unsafe delivery might be if there is no sheltered place to leave the roses, or within clear sight of the street, or if there is no access to the building, apartments or condominium.
Examples of ‘unsafe’ locations include when:
- the front of the property is near the street in view of passers-by
- the location is not protected from the weather
- our posties would have to leave their bike unattended or out of sight
- they are uncertain if there are dogs present or a pet that may interfere with the parcel
- it’s an apartment where we only have ground level, common area access
- the driver feels that the parcel will be unsafe due to other factors (for example, there were many people gathered near your property at the time of delivery)
We will not accept liability for any delivery made where the recipient is not at the destination provided and there is no safe place to leave the package, a refund in this instance will not be provided.
A 50% discount from the total retail price (inclusive GST) will be granted in the instance a fresh resend is requested for orders with issues out of our control.
VALENTINES DAY & MOTHERS DAY ORDERS
Due to popular demand during Mother's Day and Valentines periods, we offer a specially curated range, guaranteed to please your recipient. During these periods, however, please note the following.
- No changes are possible once the order is submitted.
- No special delivery times can be requested.
- Special delivery requests cannot be made during valentines day periods.
- Valentines period is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb, during this period these delivery terms will apply.
HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE PACKAGED?
We professionally arrange our roses on a bed of tissue with care instructions in our compact box. Made from sustainably sourced materials, it has become well known as the protective layer for a special gift.
Please note that since our roses are packed with individual water pouches per rose to ensure longevity, leakage may occur.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Of course! Before the final checkout, you'll be prompted to enter your personal message. We only include what you enter in your message, so if you wish to send anonymously then simply leave your name (or any other revealing details!) out of the message
