• Promo codes cannot be used when you order valentine's day flowers online during this period unless part of valid offers for this time.

• You can place your order from our normal range of blooms or beautiful bouquets, provided the delivery date is outside of the Valentine's Day special flower delivery period. 

• Valentine's Day is a busy period, so we can't offer our normal range of fresh flowers and big rose bouquets. Instead of big rose bouquets, we're offering stunning long stemmed roses for your loves ones in our signature Mr Roses packaging.

Valentines period in Australia is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb 2025, during this period these delivery terms will apply.

WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME?

If your loved one isn't around when we deliver, tell us where to leave their gift (front/back of the house/with reception/neighbour). If the courier finds no safe place to leave your flower arrangements, we'll attempt redelivery next day. To ensure your valentines day flowers are delivered, confirm your special someone will be available to receive your valentines day flowers or there's a safe place to leave the arrangement. 

DELIVERY TO OFFICES:

We can’t be responsible for flower arrangements or flower bouquets left with a mailroom or reception after delivery. Your order will be left at reception unless you request we call your loved ones.
