To ensure your order arrives on time, please make sure that you purchase and place your Valentine's Day flowers online delivery with our florists before:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Valentine's Day orders may arrive at any time within the day and could go as far as in the evening from 7pm onwards

• Our drivers are delivering flowers and red roses on timed deliveries. So no address changes are possible once your flower delivery order is submitted and your blooms are passed onto our delivery partner.

• No special Valentine's Day delivery times can be requested.

• Special requests cannot be made during valentine day period. 

• Promo codes cannot be used when you order valentine's day flowers online during this period unless it is part of any valid special offers for this time.

• You can place orders from our normal range of blooms and flower bouquets for flower delivery, provided you select a shipping date outside of the Valentine's Day period. 

• Valentine's Day is a an exceptionally busy period for us and our courier partners. Because of this, we can't offer our normal range of fresh flowers and big rose bouquets. Instead of big rose bouquets, we're offering stunning long stemmed roses in our signature Mr Roses packaging. Flower bouquets will be available outside of the special Valentine's Day period as per our normal same day delivery service. We appreciate your help and understanding with this matter. 

Valentines period in Australia is from Feb 1st - 15th Feb 2024, during this period these delivery terms will apply.

WHAT IF NO ONE IS GOING TO BE HOME?

If your recipient isn't around when we deliver, you must tell us where to leave their gift (front/back of the house or with reception/neighbour). Please understand that if the courier finds no safe place to leave your flower arrangements, in the instance of city locations in Australia, we will attempt to redeliver the following day. To help ensure your valentines day flowers are delivered, please confirm that your valentine will be able available to receive your valentines day flowers or that there is a safe place to leave the arrangement. That way, they can still enjoy your romantic surprise and gifts while you celebrate this special day. 

DELIVERY TO OFFICES:

Please understand we cannot be responsible for flower arrangements or flower bouquets left with a mailroom or reception after they're delivered. Your order will be left at the business reception unless you request we call the recipient. IIf your recipient doesn't answer, the roses will be left at reception or mail room unless refused.
