Dear Mr Roses,

Thank you so much for delivering this Tri-Colour Rose Bouquet. This is my very first time ordering flower bouquet online and I am so pleased and satisfied to have chosen your store! It is a special order because it is the first time I have bought my mum roses for her birthday, and, importantly, premium class ones. I am most definitely coming back for future orders!

I ordered this bouquet for my mum , and her birthday happens to be on April 25th, Anzac Day. I decided to start birthday celebrations a day earlier and give her the flowers today (April 24th) as a little surprise. She was confused at first about who the flowers were from (as I pretended I did not know) and when she read the card (that came with the flowers) that said: "For the best mum in the world", she was so happy! She absolutely loved the roses and said she has never received such high quality roses before. It made her day.

I was so pleased to see joy in mum's eyes, that is what I was aiming for!

By the way, the roses are even prettier in person!
