MR ROSES x COMMBANK YELLO FOR BUSINESS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the exclusive discount offer provided by Mr Roses (“we”, “us”, “our”) to eligible CommBank business customers (“you”, “your”). By redeeming or attempting to redeem this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

1.1. The offer is available exclusively to verified eligible CommBank business customers.
1.2. You must eligible for the Everyday Business benefit set or the Business Growth benefit set at the time of purchase. Ongoing eligibility conditions apply, see https://www.commbank.com.au//yelloforbusinesstandc for more information.
1.3. Mr Roses may request reasonable proof of membership or eligibility before fulfilling any order placed using the discount code.
1.4. The offer is valid for personal or business gifting purposes but may not be used for resale or commercial redistribution of products.


2. Offer Details

2.1. Eligible customers receive 12% off the advertised price of eligible Mr Roses products when using the designated exclusive discount code at checkout.
2.2. The discount applies only to the product value and excludes delivery fees, add-ons, surcharges, or service fees unless otherwise specified.
2.3. The discount cannot be:

  • combined with any other promotional code, offer, or discount

  • applied to past purchases

  • exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards

2.4. The promotional period, eligible products, and conditions may change at any time at Mr Roses’ discretion.


3. Restrictions on Code Sharing and Publication

3.1. The exclusive discount code is strictly for personal use by verified eligible CommBank business customers only.
3.2. You must not share, post, distribute, or publish the discount code publicly, including but not limited to:

  • Websites

  • Social media

  • Email newsletters

  • Online forums or groups

  • Coupon-sharing platforms


3.3. Any unauthorised sharing, publication, or misuse of the code may result in:

  • cancellation of your order

  • refusal of future orders

  • revocation of eligibility for future Mr Roses promotions

  • additional action as permitted by law


4. Redemption Conditions

4.1. The discount code must be entered at checkout before completing payment. It cannot be applied after an order has been finalised.
4.2. Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
4.3. Orders are subject to availability of products, delivery capacity, and delivery zones serviced by Mr Roses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

5.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including guarantees relating to goods being of acceptable quality and services being provided with due care and skill.
5.2. If your product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement as required by law.
5.3. Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not available for perishable goods, including fresh flowers, except where required under ACL.
5.4. Any refunds issued will reflect the discounted amount paid rather than the full retail value.


6. Cancellations and Order Amendments

6.1. Amendments or cancellations may only be made within the timeframes stated in Mr Roses’ standard delivery and cancellation policy.
6.2. If an order is cancelled by Mr Roses due to stock unavailability, delivery limitations, or other operational reasons, we may provide:

  • an alternative product of equal value, or

  • store credit equivalent the amount paid


7. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

7.1. Mr Roses reserves the right to monitor the use of the discount code to detect misuse, fraud, bulk purchasing, or unauthorised access.
7.2. We may cancel orders or refuse service if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
7.3. Mr Roses may report any fraudulent conduct to CommBank for internal review.

 

8. Privacy

8.1. By redeeming the offer, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with the Mr Roses Privacy Policy.
8.2. Mr Roses may verify your eligibility with CommBank strictly for the purpose of administering the offer.


9. Changes to the Offer

9.1. Mr Roses reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Any changes to the Terms will take effect upon publication on the Mr Roses website or via communication through CommBank channels.


10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Roses is not liable for:

  • delays caused by delivery partners

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • inability to redeem the code due to technical issues outside our control

10.2. This clause does not limit rights or remedies available under the ACL.


11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.2. Any disputes arising in relation to the offer shall be resolved in Australian courts within the relevant jurisdiction.
